FC Surveys
« on: May 23, 2012, 04:40:07 pm »
I just tried to prequalify for the 3 newest FC Surveys and they all went to an error page. When I click them again they read that I already completed them though they do not disappear nor give my the 1 cent. Now what?

The same thing with the same three FC surveys occurred when I attempted them too; presenting the same server error message you documented.  Based upon several FC members reporting this error, I'd submitted a support ticket regarding it today.

Having the same trouble, which is a real bummer because I wanted to try that $3.20 phone survey.

Same thing here, error then retry says I already participated.

I got the same error too. Dang a $3.20 survey was there and a $1.00 survey.

The three FC surveys still show as 'available' to take for me as well however, they all continue to return the same "already participated" message, (and, for a double-whammy, no DQ pennies either).

I got an error on one of them. What I don't like is that if you click on it again after you got an error the first time, it tells you that you have already taken the survey. I wish they would change that.

The same thing happened after I'd re-attempted four of the affected FC Surveys:

$150 Home Furnishings Focus Group (5mins) Get $1.00
--------------------------------------------------------------
Private Technology Survey Panel (15mins) Get $1.00
--------------------------------------------------------------
New Survey Panel Opportunity (5mins) Get $1.00
--------------------------------------------------------------
Mobile Phone Survey (25mins) Get $3.20
--------------------------------------------------------------

Even after receiving a reply from Support indicating that the issue had been resolved and that FC appologizes for any inconvenience, those surveys return the same "already participated" error message (though I haven't participated due to the previous server issue).

According to a response from Support today, that isn't technically possible.

"Unfortunately there is no way to correct this. I have spoken to the Admin, who works closely with the group who runs those sets of surveys, and he has stated that they have no way allowing users to click on surveys without completing them and then go back to complete them. I know this is not the answer you wish to hear, but it is all I can give you. We apologize for any inconvenience." -- FC Support

"And that's the way the cookie crumbles."  Oh well, I suppose.  Not a big deal to me but I would have at least liked to "try" the surveys.

It would've been nice but, 'glitch happens'.  It's too bad about not getting the $0.04 for being 'pre-DQ'd' too.   :-X

Update:

"Your FusionCash account has been credited for: FC Survey: Technology Survey, worth $1.00."

That means the previous technical glitch has been 'unglitched', (just not retroactively and no one can fix that).  Let the survey-frenzy recommence!
