Do you need to have any bonus cash to cash out or can you just have all from offers?

These are the only requirements:
Your balance must be at least $25
$15 of your balance must come from offer completions
So technically-no bonus money is required for cashout.

     FusionCash i was wondering if you guys could add  different ads or promotions so we could get more bonuses?? That would be really cool and also add a little variety in ways to get paid. 15 from offers. the rest from anything.

I think it would take a bit longer to cash out then.  For someone like me, who averages a cash out every three months (I rarely do surveys), the bonus money is what makes it possible.  I can get the fifteen dollars in offers required for cash out easily in a 90 day span - but the rest comes from the 3.00 posting bonus, plus the picture of my cash out - which reminds me, gotta go post that one!

I think it just needs to add up to 25 both bonus and the separate surveys to cash out
