The minimum amount where one can cash out is $25, (of which, at least $15 must be in completed offers; the rest can come from bonuses).

Okay, first you'd written $15 and now it's $36.  If it's $36 then the approximate date of payment would depend upon the method you selected, (check, direct deposit, PayPal, courier pidgeon ...).

If you mean you cashed out on the 15th, payment is received on or around the 20th of the following month (i.e., May 20th).

You should receive the check on or before the 20th of that month, I received mine 3 days after the 20th.
