Am I allowed to sign up another account for my sister?

My sister has been asking me to get an account for her because she knows that this site is legit...Am I allowed to sign her up or is that breaking the rules somehow?

don't do it.as you will more likely loose your account as well. she can sign up at a internet cafe or your local library. after all, it's better to be safe then sorry. I don't think she can even use the same mailing address. this is just to keep people honest, we all know there are ones that will cheat the system and wreck it for the ones that do follow the rules.

Not if she's going to use your computer or, your IP address, (same ISP as you use).  This is done to prevent a single user from creating multiple accounts, (and unintentionally, to avoid being a cause for sibling rivalry).
