Do you allow friends to come on family vacation?

I think you are right. Well, maybe a one time would be fine ONLY if your kids had not mention inviting friends with time, so they can make their own savings. It happened to us too. I invited a lady from church with her two sons. I asked her to come up with money for food, we would share our suit room, which had a living room with sofa sleeper and door to separate the rooms. It all went ok, but one thing I did not like was that her older kid was too much into the video games he didn't enjoy the trip as much as I thought he would. The lady also spent too much time on her cell, she needed to enjoy the trip with her kids.

Anyway next time they ask to come along, they need to save money for their own room and food.

The only time we allowed our children's friends along was when we would go camping, and they would have their own tents, etc.  Vacation time was just for family to enjoy each other, without having to watch other people's children.

YES, I WOULD LOVE FOR MY FRIENDS TO JOIN MY FAMILY BECAUSE YOU TREAT YOUR FRIENDS LIKE FAMILY ANYWAY SO WHY NOT... KIDS AWAYS GETTING THERE FRIENDS TO GO TO THERE PARTYS AND FUN THINGS SO I THINK ITS GOOD

You should most certainly not feel back about taking friends on a family vacation. After all - it is a FAMILY vacation. I think it is a great opportunity to bring a family together. However I were going to bring any of my friends (I wouldn't) they would have to pay their own way.

I think it all depends who is on the trip and what kind of friend you invite - if your grandparents are on the trip you dont bring one of ur drinking buddies but if your uncle is tagging along, why not bring a drinking buddy?

Family vacations are for family time. 

We have vacationed with another family at times and we all we together.  Each family paid their own way.
