bad weather coming

we are suppose to get some bad weather today into tommorrow heavy rains and tornado warning's and watches i sure hope is doesn't get to bad

We just moved to the midwest from the western part of the U.S. so it will take me a while to get used to these severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings.

I moved from the Midwest to the Northwest and I miss the thunderstorm's and lighting. I loved to watch a storm. And being brought up with tornadoes I guess I was use to them. I can't get used to the earthquakes out here though.

I always felt the mid-west was one of the safest places to live....sure we get some tornadoes sometimes, but they are usually sorta predictable...(bad looking weather) but earthquakes, poisonous snakes/spiders, tsunamis, huge forest fires, hurricanes that make you leave the area.....wow~none of that stuff!!!  I love the mid-west, minus the winters!

I hope your weather holds up for you.  I just got into Chicago a few hours ago and the weather isn't bad at all (upper 40s and sunny).  I came from Bangkok where it was 90 degrees.  I'd actually prefer somewhere right in the middle, like the mid-60s or so...

stay safe with those tornados.  thats one good thing about oregon no tornados!:)
