I'm not sure I understand your question, but the $5 bonus is a way to get people to sign up for the site. Kind of like an incentive to get people to start doing more offers. To actually GET it, though, you DO need to do a specific offer, and I think that they give you a link for it.

I have never gotten a link to a specific offer. My question is why haven't the 5 dollar bonus pay

If you clicked on the link in your email to confirm your account and you still didn't get the credit, I would say do 1 free offer of any kind and then see if it credit's you!! But BE SURE that you clicked that link in your email to confirm your account!!
