Steaks

I don't understand how people can eat steak well done, it's too dry and chewy when it's well done. I like my steak medium rare.

I used to love Kansas City Strip Steaks until they stopped having much marbling on them. Now it's rib-eye for me - with good marbling and make it medium rare please. I don't have steak much any more or much red meat for that matter - trying to eat healthier.
