Admin help please re: cashout

I cashed out on Jan 26th I have Direct deposit, and my status still says Pending...I still have not reveived payment even though it says on or BEFORE Feb 20th. Can someone please shed some light on this. TIA!

The day isn't over yet. The status will remain pending until the payment has been processed today.
