undercover passive and suddle racism experience and solutions

hey everyone i know this is still issue i would like to get some solutions to this problem we still are having and how to go by a racist person without getting heated!

clarita21 ~ It's not hard to react & get upset when you're mining your own business & you encounter racist peoples spewing hate like it was a new trend. Sometimes, you have to just stop & talk to your self from reacting. Your reaction is what they want from you. They feel so powerful getting a rise out of you. Understand that bullies will lose interest in the issue when you ignore them or show you don't care. They'll get bored & go off to bother other people they can make feel uncomfortable. Before getting upset & automatically getting angry, stop &, think this individual was raised from birth to be like that & usually uneducated. You should pity them. You can't help them if they don't want to be helped but you can help from giving them more power by not letting them know you're upset by their behavior. There's a saying,& when I feel threaten by these types of people; in my mind, I recite a quote from Elinore R.
