I am very new to this and I read something about IP addresses earlier and it worried me. I registerd my account on a public computer, one not out of my home. Will this effect my Fusion Cash account?

No, unless someone else is using that same public computer for Fusion Cash also. They don't want you to create dual accounts and have double the money coming in, so they limit it to one Fusion Cash account per IP address.

So does morbrimc have to go back to the same public computer to leagally use Fusion Cash?

I travel when I use Fusioncash and the site will be hard press to assume you will always be at one single location when using the service. As to the original concern about using a public location I don't think Fusioncash will penalize if this happens once - only if happens consistently (multiple accounts with the same IP).
