Is NetFLix a fraudulant survey?

did anyone get charged $50.73 for your credit card............for applying for NETFLIX or was it only $7.83

I have not joined that offer but maybe there is some fine print that you did not read or understand correctly, But i am sure that they will adjust your bill and correct the problem.
