I'm making a tutorial on how to sign up for fusioncash and I want to know if these email preference options are checked/enabled by default for new referral members. This is for purposes of informing the the potential referral about email privacy because they may or may not wish to receive emails and I'm deciding to include a section about this in my tutorial on how to enable or disable these featuers, if it is necessary at all.

I just mainly want to know if they are checked/enabled by default.

Anyone?
