I've only had a few offers that didn't credit other than just not qualifying for surveys. I use Firefox as my browser and clear the cookies after doing my daily things every day. This seems to work for me. Also i would ask about those messages on your account. I can never hurt to ask support a question and maybe they can resolve it.
