Always 2 ply. I will never in my life buy 1 ply. No matter how poor I might be, I refuse to use cheap, thin toilet paper. No thanks.

2-ply because you have to do less folding and it's more durable

we use both types in my household. but usually it's two ply.. i hate one ply because i go for more toilet paper and i hate wasting paper.
