toolbar

I uninstalled the old toolbar but I am unable to install the new one. I click on the link that the administrator supplied and I get a pop up telling me that I am about to install the new toolbar but can not move it to where I can say "Go".  

I am unable to do anything.

I figured out the problem. I have so many toolbars on my page that I could not get the "next" to finish installation of my new FC toolbar. I had to hide some of my toolbars. I then was able to install the new FC toolbar and after than brought back my other toolbars. I un-hid my other toolbars.

I now have my FC toolbar and all my other toolbars.

Okay I got on and downloaded the new toolbar yesterday after uninstalling the original and then I get on today for the first time and now my toolbar is gone, it hasnt appeared at all.  Any ideas???

To ADMIN: is the new toolbar supposed to not have the scrolling balance information like the previous version. I miss that, it was a great inspiration. If it is possible to bring it back that would be great. Thanks.

I have clicked on the offer for the toolbar several times and it thanks me but the toolbar is never there.  Where exactly is the toolbar susposed to be?  I would like to be able to use it.  Thank you for any help you can give me.
