Can my mother use FC? (Admin needed!)

When I was younger I lived with my mother, but now that I'm graduated from college I live out on my own. I used to use FC back when I lived with her, but now I live in a completely different state. Would my mother be allowed to join this site and use FC without causing us any issues since we no longer live in the same household?

As long as she is NOT using the same IP (Internet Provider) address that you are, it is fine. Since you are no longer even in the same state, you will have different IP's. This is from the T.O.S. (Terms Of Service) we all have to follow here:

iv.Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.

v.Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.

So let her know she can come here and make the $$ too.

Thanks. Does this answer change if I have used her computer in order to access FusionCash in the past?

I suggest opening a support ticket. This sounds a little complicated and an out of the ordinary situation. It is not black or white. If the administrator does not join in on the discussion, as the administrator often does, I would open a support ticket.
