What do I have to do to help speed up my cash out process?

If you are talking about speeding up payment of a requested cashout, I don't think you can. If you are talking about getting to where you can cash out, I suggest developing a regular routine. Oldbuddy's tutorials are very helpful too.

If you are talking about how to get more money in your account faster, then you must spend more time with the daily offers and tasks.  If you can qualify for surveys, then you can get bigger chunks of money at one time.  If you are good at games, you can get $.50 by having a certain score on the flash game (in the menu of the $.15 daily offer). If you will enter the Tuesday/Saturday promotions, you will almost always make a few extra cents.  If you are good at getting referrals, then that may be your best bet for getting more money faster.  If you get your 30 contributory posts in one month at the forum, there's $3.00 right there.  Don't get discouraged.  Many people cash out EVERY month!  Good Luck!

Go to the forum and click on contests and promotions under the discussion boards.

Then click on either the

Tuesday/Wednesday Mini Promotions - Sports Related or

Weekend (Saturday/Sunday Mini Promotions - Non-Sports Related.

Go to the first post of the thread.  Find the bold headline [ Current Contest ]
Under the headline, you'll find the name of the current contest.  It's in green and is actually a link you can click on.

When you click the link, it takes you to the "Survey Link"  (also in green).

When you click the survey link, you will be taken to a page where you can enter the current contest with your information.  Once you get to this page, it's self explanatory.

These contests are always fun.  Even if you are not familiar with the subject matter, you can still guess and perhaps get lucky!  If you win a few cents from your efforts, it will show up in your account, so you can see if you won.  Or you can always go to the last page of the thread where people usually post the winning info and boast about how much they won!!!
