It all depends on the service.  But, usually around 15%.

I try to leave around 15% depends on the service.  I don't know how they can expect you to leave a high percent noone will be able to afford going out pretty soon the tip will be so high.

I usually leave 20% if the service is good. If it is fair I leave 15%. If it is really bad I will leave 10%. If we are at a sports bar watch a game and are there for hours, we will give the waitress extra since our time prevented her from getting other customers.
