Education versus Experience

They are both important... but experience wins. This is because you know what is actually know whats going to happen as opposed to theoretical predictions.

       Education first, then experience. The real problem is "you cannot learn everything in a classroom". You have to go out there in the real world and learn from your own experience or that of others.

I agree with you 100% percent. I would add education is learning from those with experience. You do need hands on experience to become good. However, I hate being "helped" by someone who lacks experience.

Under the conditions given, I easily choose experience.  While there is nothing wrong with education, it doesn't beat experience.
