As Seen On TV!!!! (infomercial madness)

So its another late night for me..and I'm glued to the infomercials!  There are always things I want to buy but hate to buy it because if it doesnt work I have to go through the whole "mail" return system.  I think I want the "Instyler" anyone ever heard or tried it?
What products (if any)  have you bought from TV?

I don't watch too many of them infomercials, but every once in awhile I get a kick out of them!

My dad used to order infomercial stuff all the time when I was growing up. Some of it's pretty cool, some is just crap.

what kind of stuff? I mean what products do you think are cool vs crappy? I bought an "Ultimate Chopper" years ago and I still use it! It's awesome. I don't even know if they still make it....

i think they are funny its jus too much how they try to get yu to buy somthing and you know it dosent really work like that

I recently bought the Forever Lazy as a gift for my sister-in-law.I think the idea of having flaps for 'bathroom needs' is just too adorable. looks a lot like the long john underwear from so long ago.

I think I've gotten a few cheap stuff that I saw on infomercials, but not from the TV, I find them at CVS, what I actually bought was a $300 video camera.

There was one I saw, made me laugh, as I knew the guys that put this exerciser infomercial knew what the implications were. .... A very attractive lady in work out tights was holding a large type of vibrating,  uh sort of a bar bell and as she moved it around to show all its exercising qualities, the last shot was her holding and shaking it just sort of in front of her mouth.  Wow, well I wonder how many guys bought that for their ladies. But it was really cool.  (for a guy of course),    but then.... later I saw the same commercial, this time with a well buffed out male doing the same moves, and of course the last one, and I thought oh man what a sick commercial.  Then I laughed.   You know why?

I realized just how well the commercials were and just how well they affect us, emotionally, and mentally, and I think yeah those Pschyolgist Dr.s they hire sure have us made. Funny how people buy things just on a commercial. Or watch the news and beleive we are seeing the whole story. I would like to be in the back room as a fly on the ceiling watching how they put us together, laugh have a few coctails, and say yeah this should do it. Our product will sale through the roof.  or.........

How politicians manipulate us as well.
