Incorrect pop-up message saying I live in Canada

Hi, I sent in a support ticket too, but wanted to post here as well. When I went to log in to the site today it said that the site had detected that I live in Canada (?) and that my acct might be deactivated. I have never lived in Canada. I just ran an ISP address to check, and it confirms my US location. I am set to be paid this month and I am very worried that you are going to deactivate my account for a reason that is not accurate. Please check my ISP address again, it is not located in Canada, nor am I.
