Do you really think this is the most wonderful time of the year? Why?

Other than the stress of needing to shop for the right holiday crap.  Yes, most of the time it is because people take the time to do what they should be doing all year long.  (Thinking about others)
I hope your holidays are wonderful.

I agree, the thanksgiving, christmas, new years eve combination of holidays is usually the the time when people are most happy. Honestly people should be happy year round, but of course this time of the year facilitates giving more so than any other time of the year.

It's the most wonderful time of the year for me--- I enjoy the Christmas music, the lights & decorations and I celebrate that "Jesus is the reason for the season" not just once a year but the whole year through.
It's not the most wonderful time of year though for alot of people.  For people that have lost loved ones, it often becomes a very painful time.  People that don't celebrate Jesus often get very irritated before the season's end.  For people that don't have enough money to pay the bills and can't buy their children something special for Christmas...their hearts are heavy.
It truly is better to give than to receive.  Don't forget to be a blessing to someone in need this holiday season.   You could be the only hope someone else has for having this as their "most wonderful time of the year".   Share, care and be a blessing to others.  May you all have a Wonderful Christmas time!!

To be honest, I think it is because people get into the giving spirit.  Everyone at this point is trying to make their loved ones happy and the emotions build up again.  Love is the reason why.

Becuase of the holidays, family, and traditions. It all makes it the best. Christmas and Thanksgiving are the best.
