When ever it says Thank you for your participation at the end of what may or may not be a survey does that mean that you did complete the survey or does that mean, you didn't do the survey. That site is very confusing.

I did not get the point you are trying to make.  What site you are talking about.  I could not figure it out.

I have to agree, your question is just as confusing. But i often find that 90% of surveys people arent qualified for. Therefore my guess is that you don't qualify for it. If it says something about your incentive that you were gonna get for doing it, and congratulations or something, then you must have completed it. Or maybe if it says "completed"
