What are the best ways to make bonus cash? Is there a minimum amount you need before you can cashout?

To cashout you need a minimum of $15 in offers (daily clicks; daily surveys; paid emails and regular offers from the offer and tasks pages). 

You also need a minimum of $25 from everything - offers and bonus credits -- to cash out.  All of the $25 can be from offers, but it's pretty easy to get the bonuses so don't by pass them.

Check the Contests and Promotions section of the forum for the several bonuses that are available. 
The $3 Forum Posting bonus requires you to post a minimum of 30 meaningful posts in the Forum in a given calendar month (I usually do 40-50) and you have to request the bonus (I request the bonus on the 2nd to last day of the month). 
There are also mini contests on Tuesday/Wednesday and Sat/Sun. 
There is also a $1.00 bonus for providing a screenshot of your FC payment.

The credits you get for your referral are also considered bonuses.
