What do you prefer high definition or standard televison in 2011

Why would someone prefer standard definition?  High def is a vast improvement; standard will go the way of the dinosaurs soon enough.

I think I would enjoy high definition but cannot afford one right now.  So I just have a standard tv.

Hopefully High Definition will come down in price soon. A football game in high def on a big screen is AWESOME.

You know high def. is awesome. However, on a quality flat screen TV the difference isn't all that great. In my opinion.

For me it is easily the hd.  I honestly have a hard time watching standard def tv at this point due to the picture quality, sharpness, and color pop of hd.  It is especially true with sports or fast moving action scenes.

High Def flat screen television is the way to go. Get rid of those old big block tv's.
