1. What is 'Paid to Click' that I'm seeing everywhere and where can I access that section?
2. 'Videos' to watch. Again is there another subsection I'm supposed to click on because I don't see anything.

Or I might just be stupid and ^these things are things you are supposed to find among the offers listed in the homepage 
please help a confused newbie out.

Hello and welcome to the site.

You're not stupid at all.  It can take a bit to get acclimated with the site.  To find the offers you're looking for, click on the offers tab on the homepage.  Next, look for the link which says 'Daily' and click on that.  Once the page loads, scroll down and you'll find 'Paid To Click' and 'Paid Videos' towards the bottom.  Then you just need to click on each one to do the offer.
