Flu Shots...Yea or Nay?

I think I have decided to get one-hope it is the right decision

the nes who have taken it this year at my work were sick, so I'm not taking it this year.

I got a Flu shot today during my doctors visit. ...

I get one every year, though I have been reading lately about those who swear that they are bad for you.

Sometimes I feel a little sick, but nothing like having the flu and sometimes I feel nothing at all..except the band aid on my arm in the shower because I forgot it was there....


So... Flu Shots.....Yea or Nay?

It's true..  But if you are under condition that protect you from bacterial from sickness.  My doctor recommend me to take it because my lung are not healthy.  And I have mild Asthma.

Never had that heppen to me...all I get is a sor spot. adn that usually passes in the same day.
But everyone is different. Of course it probably heavily depends on age as well.
And of course who provides the shot; there are those who 'water' the shots down, or have been  known to.

I got one today.  So far - so good.

I got my flu shot since it was free at work. I got it last year and I didn't get sick so I figured I might as well go for it again!

I had a flu shot several years ago and got very sick. I have not had one since then and have been fine. So I hope it continues.
