Court Denies Injunction to Halt Snowbowl Development

If the 9th circut rules against an appeal by envronmental activists, you can bet the case had less than zero merit.  That court is the absolute craziest leftist one in the country.

If anyone one was following there have been some interesting events in this case. Some very damaging to the tribes image and intelligence or lack of....

But the latest is again the court has ruled in the favor of Snowbowl...pretty obvious!

Is it too late to go for a more philosophical approach? Why should the courts, and in general the government be involved in owning and making decisions for a piece of property that they have absolutely no reason to own? Either give the native Americans sovereignty or don't. Its the only way we'll end such silly debates and go back to using all that time and effort for more important matters.
