I have no idea about weight watchers, sorry.
You can find the old way to calculate (that's on wiki and there's a couple calculators like this one:
http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/ww-points-allowed/) but not really the new 2011 pointsplus one. It apparently increases the amount of points you get, but also increased the point value of "bad" foods (with things like fruit being zero points now). But maybe if you keep googling?
I do know you can find lots of recipes, just type them in. Lots of blogs and stuff, and also calculators or methods for calculating points for the home cook or those foods that don't have them listed.
My sister-in-law did the Richard Simmons diet, which gave you "cards" you "spent" on food, with like, so many meat cards, so many grains, and some freebie cards.
I wasn't really interested at the time though.
Now I am, and I've read lots of diet books. I think it's important to "shop around".
Whatever you choose, if you need something free, have you checked out
sparkpeople.com?
It's not really a program, though they do offer a basic one, it is more a place where you can get suggestions, articles and information, track what you eat, track your exercise, and there's a large library of recipes submitted by other members (reviewed too) with nutrition and calorie counts, a whole community really including blogs and forums and groups.
You don't have to do all those bits of course. I don't really use the tracking much, but I like to peruse the articles and recipes, which are quite easy to search (and you can keep them filed away or add your own to your personal "cookbooks").
Nothing saying you can't use it for Weight Watchers

I know a lot of members have already inputted the WW food, so you don't have to put in the calories or any extra info past the name.
Might prove interesting, if nothing else, to see the "behind the scene" details under the point number.
