Home delivery around $5....food out 20% if the waitress is good, otherwise less.

All delievery places around here ( local pizza shops, chinese food, dominos) all charge ATLEAST a $2 delivery fee. So I normally tip about $3 for delivery. If we go out to eat I tip 15% of the bill.

I would tip 15% unless the service was very slow--then 5%--or very fast--20%.

Usually 2 to 3 dollars when we order chinese, but if we order pizza only 1 dollar; I could walk there in the time pizza usually takes to get here.
