my 3 year old chopped her hair after i asked her if she wanted a hair cut.....she actually didnt do a bad job

I cut my little sister's hair once when we were really really little.  It didn't turn out so great, and since she didn't like her hair cut, she then went and cut the cats hair for revenge...also not a good job!

my 4 year old has not yet tried that and I am thankful for it.

When I was 11 I thought I could cut my bangs by myself...I couldn't. I also did it before picture day at school. However now I'm perfectly capable of cutting my own hair and haven't been to a hair dresser in 2 years

I cut my hair, my mom's and my son's.  Reminds me of when me and my sister were kids.  She is 5 years older than me.  So when we would get new dolls she would say.  Let's cut your dolls hair and if it looks good then we will do mine.  I always had horrible looking dolls with hacked off hair and hers were always beautiful with long flowing hair.  lol  I guess I must have learned something cutting all that doll hair.
