I adore the sideways head! It's so sweet.

Look at this puppy doing it when he hears a video of wolves - it's a total cuteness overload:

Adorable!

My dog Ace likes to escape the yard. A hole shows up, he goes. I plug that hole another one shows up. I wanted to see how he was doing this so reguarly. I found out that he was getting my other dog Chips to dig for him. Ace would stop chips, check out the hole and if it weren't deep enough, he'd get chips to keep digging. Dogs are smarter than people think sometimes.

I have a lab and she likes to sit and watch out fish in its fish tank. Almost like when there is a dog on TV she will sit and watch it.

My dogs do this all the time. I swear they look at me like they're trying to figure out what I'm saying sometimes. Hilarious and awesome.
As for something my dogs always do, whenever I come back to the house they always "bow", or get down on their front paws and stretch at me. I looked it up online and apparently it's actually a way of greeting. Interesting how that sort of stuff is instinctual. :)

I have an 18 month old Afghan Hound. Smartest dog I've ever owned! I went outside for a second and left him alone for a few minutes. He heard me coming back. I saw a flash of fur running out of the kitchen. He ran as fast as he could and sat like a human on the couch. I walked into the kitchen and EVERY cabinet door is oven, the oven door is down, the fridge was open, AND there's a chair in the middle of the kitchen where he was trying to scoot it to use it as a stepping stool to get on the counter! I turned around to look at him and as soon as I did he jumped off the couch and ran into my bedroom and lays down on his bed! This is probably a daily assurance! I find it just very amusing that he knows what hes doing is wrong... but he does it anyway! LOL

My dog is a chihuahua so because she's so small and likes to feel "in charge" she always stands up and pushes off my cat to irritate him. But the cutest thing I think she's done is when she's laying down and after you pet her for awhile she gives you that look like "why did you stop?" and then pushes her head under your neck and lays on her back. Its just SO DARN CUTE!  :D

My dog is patient w/ kids, but jumps most of the way over a 6' privacy fence & climbs the rest of the way to freedom during thunder storms & fireworks.

You can find me on Youtube!

My dogs both used to do this a lot as puppies.  They'd kind of *bleep* their head to the side, put their ears up, and give a curious or inquisitive kind of look.  It still happens from time to time, but much more rarely.  It usually happens when they hear or see something completely new, that they've never seen or heard before.

Yep, that is it exactly! Like she is confused or puzzled.
