If yes, then obsolutely, many people have been paid.
You need to do at least 30 meaningful posts in a calendar month.  Then complete the Forum Posting bonus submission  -- best to do that on the next to last day of the month and then the bonus will be paid, if approved, around the last day of the next month. 

I received my $3 bonus for July on August 31st.
Been receiving them like clockwork at the end of each month for the preceeding month for more than a year.

I have been receiving them each month unless. Something happens and I don't post the currect amount.  Like last month I ran into a problems posting the last week of the month so I didin't get all of the 30 in.

Yes, they look at your comments.  FC reviews them so it takes some time each month for them to do that with so many people posting!

Fusion Cash doesn't automatically pay out the $3.00 Forum Bonus.  You must submit the forum bonus request form.  That form is also found at the link above

I encourage you to make over 30 meaningful, contributory posts each month to be sure that you have enough qualifying posts. 

When you submit your request for the $3.00 Bonus, you will choose 3 of your best posts and submit the Message ID# for them.

Since I've started doing the forum bonus, I've gotten paid everymonth. Yeah you have to wait for it, but it's free money so I can wait.

Every month but one since July 2009 and I just submitted for September since I have 42 posts already. This is FREE MONEY BABY and like a walk in the park on a sunny day.

On August 30th I got paid $3 for my first months paid to post I am so happy.  I believe I have 24days left before I see a payment for August but I did get July's paid to post.
