Oregon Lottery

I am receivin email from the Oregon Lottery in which I live. Just by joining I get chances to win free prizes, like tickets to the Oregon Blazer game etc, also possibley a March Raffle ticket etc. Sounds nice so why not. But it makes me realize that Oregon is always having short falls, and raising fees for Mass Transit, rasing fees for downtown parking, cutting schools, cutting teachers etc etc.

I remember the lotter was suppose to give 2Percent towards the schools, so whats up?  Well what was going to the schools before the lotter was not kept, but taken away and put in a general fund to be used elsewhere, therefore the lottery took over but it seems the schools are not getting more, maybe less if not the same. Humm, were the taxpayers fooled, thinking the schools were going to get more?

I noticed the administrators are not thinning down, are cutting their salaries, nor the politicians, why not?

Just some things to think about. Probably happening in your town, and state too.

lotteries are dumb....rob the poor/gamblers....addicting, and in the end, rip people off!!
