Getting Paid To Post Picture Of Payment

When you cash out it will take 30 days to get it. They paid on the 20th, so if you submit it on the 7th of the month you will get paid on the 20th of the following month.

I cashed out in January and in February and posted both payments.  I have not received credit for either.  Who should I contact?

I would create a support ticket.  However, did you create a jpeg/image of your payments?  If you just copy and paste, you will not receive a credit.  I've noticed sometimes people just copy and paste and don't post a jpeg/image of their payment.  It has to be an actual image.  If you posted an image, but haven't received credit, just create a support ticket and let admin. know.

Did you post a screenshot?  A simpe copy of the payment is not sufficient.

If you did post a screeenshot  of each payment, go back and find the reply you made and make note of the ID code of the entry.  Then send in a support ticket and include the ID code of the entry and ask them to let them know you are still waiting for payment.
