Support Ticket for No Credit
« on: September 06, 2011, 11:05:51 am »
Can you not submit a support ticket for the topic "No Offer Credit for Completed Offer"? When I select that from the pull down menu, it automatically directs me to my Click list. The offer I wasn't credited for is listed there as "not credited"

I never tried that, but if you click on the offer (to identify it) maybe the click will take you back to the support ticket entry.

If not, just send in a support ticket without using that description -- and let them know also why you did so.

On the page with the list of all your clicks, you'll see this: "Please click here to read the Offer Credit Information page." It has valuable information about offers and how they are credited.
If you click on the above, while on that page, you will see this page:http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting.
There is nothing that can or will be done for surveys that don't credit - we have ALL been through that, believe me!

At the bottom of the page I linked you will also see this:"Above all, remember: we WANT you to be credited for the offers you complete. If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do."

You are entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts.
