Hey I thought it would be nice for everyone to share one of their favorite summer recipes. I would like to share one for salsa.
I also collect recipes.

Peach Salsa

3 medium peaches
1 medium sweet onion
2 medium tomatoes (optional)
I small jalapeno pepper
2 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
fresh cilantro
salt
pepper
Lemon or lime juice
I dice my peaches, onion and (tomatoes if added) in small squares.Add about 3 to three tsp of lemon juice to stop the peaches from turning brown  Toss gently in a bowl. Next remove the seeds from your jalapeno and dice it and garlic and add to your salsa. I then chop my cilantro ( about 2 tablespoons) and add salt and pepper to taste. Let it rest for about an hour to absorb the flavors. Then serve with your favorite tortilla chip, or on steak.
