plz help me!!!!account balance is going less and less..

my acconut balance is going less and less.. on 6th aug is was something around 52 dollers ,on 10th aug it was ~and today its ~ 47 . what happens to my account.. plz help me ASAP...

I would create a support ticket.  Probably some offer was denied.

Could be due to a couple reasons.  As the above posted suggested, one reason could be an offer you completed was denied.

I checked your profile and noticed you joined in early February of this year.  Based on the amount you lost ($5), I'm thinking what's happening is your offers are starting to expire.  The decrease is probably your $5 sign-up bonus that expired.

Offers expire after 180 days (6 months), and given that August is 6 months out from when you joined, I'm thinking this is probably what happened.

If this makes sense to you, I suggest to prevent yourself from losing any more money from expired offers, to cash out immediately.  It appears you have sufficient funds to cash out (assuming you have your $15 minimum in offers).

Your offers are probably slowly expiring. Why don't you just cash out, you have enough money to do so??

I agree I usually cash my out as soon as I have enough money in my account.  I've  had offers that denied me too.

I know that it stinks that they expire, but that is the rules.  Is there other sites where your points or money earned expires?

I lost my initial five dollar sign up, too - and that hurt - but when I first joined, after a bit of activity, circumstances didn't allow for me to come back here for a  while.  Once I did, I was doing all the daily stuff, surveys, getting lots of good credits, but I lost the five bucks anyway since 180 days passed.  Still, I made it up to 26.91 shortly thereafter and cashed out.  My first.  Received the money last month and am working on my next cash out - I have almost sixteen dollars now.  I won't lose anything anymore due to too much time going by!

Have your credits expired? They expire after 180 days if you don't cash out. If that is the case, I would cash out as soon as possible so no more of your credits expire. If not, contact support and they can tell you why. Hope you get it figured out.
