wow this sounds so cool!! I use the toolbar and have been since I first started FC but never knew of this bonus!!!! Been here several months too but only for like an hour daily round 11 PM!!! Does the offer just pop up for one day or does it have a certain time of day to see it??

I don't know how long the offer stays available, but I know I've gotten the bonus the day after others have.  I'm guessing about 24-48 hours is the time frame.

It's not necessarily an every month thing.  The last time there was a toolbar bonus (before this one) was around the 13th of June.  Maybe a range of a month-2 months?
