It would depend on what kind of bees they are.  Are they honeybees?  Do they have a hive nearby?  Many beekeepers would love to move a hive for you.  Have you tried the search engines?  We had bees set up a hive inside our walls, and nature itself, took care of the situation.  We had such cold temperatures during the winter, that the bees didn't make it.  Try contacting a beekeeper's association.  They maybe can help.

And if they aren't honey bees (ie hornets or wasps) call a pest control firm and have them come and locate and remove the nest as well as spray to kill those that come back searching for the hive.

If they are out in the yard then they are more than likely yellow jackets. If you can locate the hole in the ground that leads to the nest you can kill them all in one shot! Easiest way to find the hole is walk around the yard near dusk and look for them flying into the ground or the hole, it's pretty easy to see them flying in, sometimes it's almost like one after another depending on how big the nest is. Anyhow, once you locate the hole, wait till after dark and pour a gallon of gasoline down the hole. Keep pouring until it comes back out the top of the hole and is full, this will kill most of them and ruin the nest as well. Key is killing the queen and this will do it! Has worked for me many times. Getting nailed by yellow jacket is no fun, and that's if your not allergic. Man the venom from those stings make your bones throb so bad, arrrgghh! Anyhow, hope this helps!
