You might even consider waiting until the end of the month to cash out because either way you won't receive payment until on or about the 20th of August. You can keep earning until the last day, but it's entirely up to you.

Nice going! Your first milestone. That's got to feel great! Keep up the good work. Personally, I cash out as soon as I hit at least $15 in offers and have $25 total. That $15 that gets a little tougher to make after you've done most of the easier one-time offers and, by cashing out as soon as you can, you've got that many more days to work on next month's cash out. Of course, that's a personal decision. Just something to think about.
