What Countries can Referrals be Living In??

I know that we can have Referrals from the USA-----BUT-----Can they be from ANY OTHER COUNTRIES???

I already sent a SUPPORT TICKET a few days ago---BUT----they are having problems.

I APPRECIATE YOU HELP.

You can sign up for and use this site if you live in the United States or Canada.  Due note, though, that there are less offers and features to Canadian members at the current time.  For example, I believe they still don't have the PTC.
