Did you do an internet search? You could look on freelance websites, to see if anyone needs computer programming services. Also, try putting up flyers in your local area, advertising your services.

What kind of computer programming are you referring to - web design?  application programming?  Database knowlegable?  What languages do you know/use?  First would be to assemble your resume, then search for businesses needing programmers that are "telecommuter" friendly (ie, let's people work from home).

If you are familiar with open source programming languages (php, mysql, perl, python, java, etc) - you may want to look at joining some open source forums and try participating with some of the design/development of the products.  By doing this, you can network with other programmers and maybe get some ideas or recommendations of places hiring you could apply to.

Good luck with your search!
