JUSSATHOUGHT #9 (Good.... MOURNing??)

I just read awhile back.... Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated on his friend Maya Angelou's birthday on April 4th, 1968. Angelou stopped celebrating her birthday for many years afterward, and sent flowers to King's widow every year until Mrs. King's death in 2006. 

It's probably just ME... but I found this interestingly odd!!!

I know people tend to mourn in their OWN ways.... I just think that instead of re-living the annual depressions or sadness.... maybe it's a touch better.....(even symbolically).... to move in the directions "you believe" would have brought a smile to their spirit!!!

Would they WANT YOU to feel annual sadness..... or attempt to "hold on" to the past....... or would a spirit that "loves you" wish HAPPINESS and ADVANCEMENT in your life???

I'd suggest..... Do the things YOU would truly want those you LOVE to be doing.... when YOU leave!!!
