in order for me to get paied july 20th do i need to cash out this month?

you have to cash out the last day of the month to get paid on or before the following.. As.. EX
To get paid July 20 you HAD TO HAVE cashed out JUNE 31- no later
To get paid by August 20 you HAD TO HAVE cashed out  July 31- no later

Your funds will be in your account and follow over if you dont have enough to cash out each month.
