Can't Confirm Account

  Hello everyone. I can get into my account and I can do stuff but I have a message in read at the top of my account page that says I need to confirm my account by reading the email they send me to get my sign up bonus. I keep having that email resent, but I am not getting it in my email box. I have turned off my spam filter.

Can someone tell me what the deal is?

yeah, ask support...but ususally u should be okay right as soon as u sign up. the only thing usually left is to confirm ur telephone number. easy. but go to the left side of ur account and u should see what's missing. follow through from there. hope that helps.

I had that issue and had to use a different email account. You can try that!

even i am havin d same problem...i tried wi anthr mail id too...but d problem is stil der...wats dis support thing al about??

top right hand when you first sign in *not in forum* you should see a tab that says support.. then click on it.. there should be a box.. you can put questions etc in there.. click submit.. should take a little while but someone should get ahold of you.. Dont do live chat.. cuz its just a "bot" and answers general questions.. if you spell and type correctly.. jsut a fair warning
