do energy drinks really work

My boyfriend works 3rds at walmart and he's tried every energy drink out and for him they don't really work as well as they should.

They work for the moment for me, but you get that sugar rush that usually wears off and makes me tired. I been wanting to try 5 hour energy and see if that is any better

They work. Just don't overdo it with them and you'll be fine. Don't drink like 10 at one time. Drink one in the morning and then drink another in the afternoon if you need it.

Read the label for any precautions, then take only a small glass to start.

I think energy drinks work differently for each person. Some people can handle them, and get that "pep" they need, while for others it causes a major "crash". I've never tried any energy drinks, and I don't think I will, because I just don't think they are healthy for the body. I'd rather smack my face around a couple times when I need that boost of energy!

I'm sure that they give you energy, but they are by no means good for you. Just stay healthy and you will have more energy!
