Doubt it. Watching tv used to be my pastime now it's just annoying...so many channels and NOTHING worth watch. Just a waste of money :angry7:

No I don't think Good tv will come back but we as a society are the ones to blame, if we would stop watching the reallity garbage then they would stop producing it. Children are brought up on it and don't know how to spend time just intertaining them self. I thought preschool and we had to actually teach some children how to play, all they new was TV. I personally own alot of DVDs of the good  old shows and movies.

There are a few good TV shows out there, but people are not looking for that.  All we can do now is rent a good movie and enjoy what we are watching.

One can only hope! I remember the cartoons of the 90s and even the sitcoms.  They were amazing! The lifetime movies have gotten more intense though. I can't say that's a good thing.  I miss some of them, especially the ones dealing with regular teenage life.  All of these stories about Craigslist killers and these people who all went missing  are a little disturbing.  The documentaries have gone to the dogs.  They were so intriguing long ago.  Now, I never want to watch the whole thing.  As you can see, I watch a LOT of TV.

I agree the program quality today has declined drastically. I don’t watch TV at all. The news is always so full of negativity. A lot of the programs are too toxic and morally unwholesome for the general public. With all the chaos that is happening around the world, it just recently dawned on me those who control the TV media doesn’t want to broadcast what the public should be seeing. :angry7: It’s all centered from the root of $$. :BangHead:
