Not getting credited for offers

I have completed two offers but they don't show that I have been credited for them. Why is that?

im having the same problem..im a newbie...its only when im under the daily offers..and i click the one that has cash varies...i have no idea?

I am a newbie. I am having the same problem with an offer I just completed.  I received an email from the company that had a link that said "click to confirm email" and I clicked on it. Then a page came up that said "thank you for confirming your email address".  When I look at my account under all offers clicked it says "Not Credited".  I don't understand what the problem is.  How can I go about fixing this?  Please help.  Thanks.
